Feasibility and Concept Design
R1 Living offer a full turn-key service for all our developments. Through early client engagement, we work closely to assess the feasibility of a scheme, and establish the key project deliverables, and from that, we will produce concept designs and costings for consideration.

Construction Phase
Once planning approval is granted, and a site commencement date is agreed upon, R1 Living will then take full control of the construction phase. Operating as a full design and build the main contractor, we will take the project through all construction phases, from groundworks and service installations, foundations, SIPS erection, external and internal fit-out, mechanical and electrical installations, and landscaping
Development and Costing
Working in close collaboration with the client, R1 Living will commence with the pre-construction stages of the project. This will include the production of detailed construction drawings and finalising costs and building specifications.
Once approved, the scheme can then be submitted for full detailed planning approval.
Occupation Ready Handover
R1 Living offer a full turn-key service, and quite literally we leave all our developed properties in an 'occupation-ready' state. We will work to a client's detailed specifications and undertake all finishing works, including flooring where requested.
Externally all landscaping works will be completed to the client's specified finish providing a hassle-free property handover.
